Dr. Berenice A. Bisong, BSN, MSN, DNP, CRNA, APRN
Dr. Berenice A. Bisong is an accomplished Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with more than 15 years of experience in the medical field. She earned her Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from UT Health of Houston, building a strong academic foundation that complements her extensive hands-on expertise.
Passionate about improving the lives of patients struggling with depression, Dr. Bisong has embraced innovative treatment approaches-most notably ketamine therapy. Recognizing its potential as an off-label, emerging option for depression and chronic pain, she has witnessed its remarkable benefits, particularly its rapid onset of relief. Inspired by these outcomes, she founded her own practice, where she has developed deep expertise in administering ketamine treatments.
Her patient care philosophy goes beyond clinical interventions. Dr. Bisong believes in forming genuine connections with her patients, valuing their individual perspectives and life experiences. This empathetic, personalized approach ensures that each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of her professional role, Dr. Bisong treasures time with her three children and extended family. She maintains an active lifestyle through regular exercise, enjoys traveling to experience diverse cultures, and participates in mission work across underserved areas of Africa and South America. Through her volunteer efforts, she provides free anesthesia care and education, making a lasting impact in communities with limited access to medical services.

Bercey E. Ntoung, RN, BSN, CCHT
Bercey is an exceptional, highly experienced registered nurse with an impressive career spanning more than 15 years in the medical field. Renowned for her expertise in IV insertion and vascular access administration, she consistently demonstrates precision, skill, and dedication in delivering essential medical care.
For the past 15 years, Bercey has devoted her career to the specialized field of dialysis, serving as both a compassionate nurse and a skilled technician. Her unwavering commitment to her patients shines through in her passion for helping them achieve optimal functioning and a better quality of life. She believes in empowering each patient to live fully, embracing every moment with confidence and dignity.
Outside of nursing, Bercey treasures time spent with her beloved family, creating lasting memories and cherishing the bonds they share. She is an accomplished cook, finding joy and creativity in the kitchen while bringing people together through her delicious culinary creations.
Travel is another of Bercey’s passions, offering her opportunities to explore new cultures, expand her perspectives, and deepen her appreciation for the world’s diversity. Dr. Hameed Ali, DO
Medical Director, Prosper Ketamine
Dr. Hameed Ali, DO is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over two decades of clinical experience. He earned his DO degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, in 2003, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Temple in 2006
He currently practices hospital medicine as an internist in Temple, Texas, and is affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Temple. His professional background includes extensive tenure as a hospitalist and leadership roles across wellness and aesthetic medicine settings, underscoring his commitment to patient-centered care and medical innovation.
As Medical Director at Prosper Ketamine, Dr. Ali brings his clinical expertise and empathetic approach to steer evidence-based ketamine therapy. He supports patients living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain-guiding them through personalized, respectful, and safe treatment pathways within a healing environment.
Sheila Fomenky, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Referral Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Sheila is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), a credential granted by the American Nurses Credentialing Center after completion of a rigorous competency-based examination and maintained through ongoing licensure and renewal requirements. She has over seven years of experience in behavioral health and holds active licensure in Colorado, Texas, and Missouri.
While Sheila is not part of our in-house clinical team, she plays a vital role as a referral partner. She collaborates with Prosper Ketamine by identifying and referring patients appropriate for ketamine therapy and coordinating their care-ensuring a seamless, patient-centered experience.
